Within a few hours or by the next business day, I will contact you by phone, text, or email to confirm your appointment, answer any questions, and finalize the details. I’ll verify your service, time, and location, and send any needed preparation instructions. You’ll also receive a reminder before your appointment, and a notification when I’m on my way.
